About Us
After five joyful years owning and running a luxury guest charters in the Caribbean, Stephen and Sally transitioned from a 30-year career in the British Police Force and preschool education business, respectively. Steve now focuses on his true passions – boats and the sea. Sally, a Nutritionalist, Zen Yoga teacher, and Well-being Coach, adds a holistic touch to their evolving Wellbeing Retreat.
Our Location
Our residence is located in a rural area, just a 5 minute drive from Hillsborough.
Nestled in Craigston Snow Hill, our location is a quiet residential area towards the north end of the island. Stunning beaches surround us in every direction. The town of Hillborough is just a leisurely 20 minute walk away. If you prefer to take the bus, a delightful 5 minute stroll that will lead you to the bus route connecting Hillsborough and Windward.

Veranda Beach House is situated in Craigston, just a brief drive from the primary town of Hillsborough. Transportation to and from the ferry terminal or airport can be organized by reaching out to us shortly before your arrival. Please get in touch to make arrangements.

"The Veranda was absolutely gorgeous! The view of the ocean and sunrises/ sunset was magical. Both Sally and Steve were very accommodating/ flexible with check in, were personable and friendly! This eco- friendly home exceeded my expectations! Highlight and most memorable attributes of the property,in my humble opinion, apart from the amazing view, 1) the beautiful garden/ landscape, 2) the tortoises on the property, and 3) waking up and going to sleep to sound of the waves and the birds. You will need a car or taxi to get to Veranda and it’s about 25 - 30 minutes fromTyrell Bay Marina. Aim to arrive during the day to navigate driving to Veranda.
